Our parent company, Target Training International (TTI) was founded in 1984 by Bill J. Bonnstetter in Mason City, Iowa. He began with a vision of helping people tap into their unlimited potential, emphasizing research from a practical viewpoint to accomplish this goal. The company relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1988.
