The Guest Services Director will manage special events for a luxury Golf and RV resort composed of nearly 3,600 residents. They will be responsible for planning and executing special events, interface with all company department heads, interface with resident and guests, vendors and performers, recruit and train required volunteers and staff for events, provide budget projections and staff requirements for approximately 40 annual events.

• Effectively managing public relations of the community by building relationships with residents, collaborating with internal staff and negotiating and resolving community issues.
• Creating, coordinating and developing the community budget while maintaing bottom line objectives.
• Providing effective leadership and direction to the team.
• Pro-actively developing and executing strategic marketing and ad campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of business and hospitality experience
• Managing others
• Exceptional planning, organization and communication skills
• Results focused with a driven “take charge” mentality

Compensation

• $65,000 base with Paid Living arrangement onsite, or up to $80,000 with out living arrangement.
• Joint Contribution Health and Dental Insurance
• Paid Vacation (3 weeks 1st year)
