Our parent company, TTI Performance Systems, Ltd. was founded in 1984 by Bill J. Bonnstetter in Mason City, Iowa. He began with a vision of helping people tap into their unlimited potential, emphasizing research from a practical viewpoint to accomplish this goal. The company relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1988.

Our president, Ashley Bowers, has been an integral part of the company's success since 1996. Ashley has led team efforts in product development, new web applications and the launch of the company's staffing division. Her industry knowledge, leadership skills and dedication will be instrumental in maintaining TTI's cutting edge position in the assessment industry.

We now proudly provide more than 100,000 companies with our validated assessments, pinpointing the behaviors and competencies required to be a top performer on the job. With 7,000 distributors nationally and abroad, our assessments are available in more than 28 languages.
